Renee Potenza

Lead Vocals

Renee is a Rochester native and has been in the country music scene in the area for many years, most recently with the band Goodness. Her fantastic vocals and outgoing personality make her the focus of Sticks and Stones on and off the stage! Her dynamic approach to today's hottest country artists is something you don't want to miss! She lives in Webster and works at Excellus in Rochester.

Linda Rutherford

Vocals, Fiddle, Acoustic Guitar, Mandolin

Linda is most well-known for her Irish band Linda Rutherford and Celtic Fire, yet has also played with local country bands such as Ciara Lynn, Josie Waverly and Goodness. She has recorded several highly-acclaimed CDs and been a guest artist on several other productions including a recent release from Junkyard Fieldtrip. Linda lives in Hilton with her family and is the orchestra director at Greece Athena High School.

Mark Gregory Amend

Vocals, Electric and Acoustic Guitar

Mark is a very in-demand musician in the Rochester area and beyond, including bands such as Nik and the Nice Guys, Fishbone Soup, The Marvin Gaye Tribute Band and more. Mark also plays solo and duet gigs around town quite often. Mark is a substitute teacher in many school districts in the Rochester area and lives with his family in Greece.

Vinnie Ruggiero

Banjo, Electric and Acoustic Guitar

Vinnie has been involved in the music scene in Rochester for many years growing up with a very musical family. Vinnie has played with several bands in the Rochester area including Unlimited, Allegro, Big Roots Bill Tiberio Group, and more. His proficiency on guitar and banjo has made him a first-call player in Rochester for a long time! Vinnie lives in Pittsford and works for Monroe County Social

Sheldon Tripi

Bass

Sheldon is a top-call bass player in the Rochester area and has been for many years. He has played with bands such as Me & the Boyz, The Half Ton Horns, The Marvin Gaye Tribute Band, Al Chez and the Brothers of Funk, The Brad Batz Group and others. Sheldon is well known for his versatility playing both electric and upright bass, as well as cello. He lives in Rochester and works at Hillside as a teacher and mentor.

Brian King

Vocals, Drums

Brian has been in the music scene in Rochester for many years, performing with bands such as The Half Ton Horns, The Brad Batz Group, Al Chez and the Brothers of Funk, The Jive Street Five and more. Brian has an extensive background in marching percussion and spent many years playing and teaching the Empire Statesmen Drum Corps. He lives in Greece with his family and is the band director at Greece Athena High School
